Lynn Ambrosy joined Aegon in 2010. Lynn is the Vice President of Distribution for AURA. In his role as Vice President, Lynn is responsible for investor development, relationship management and fund management of all real estate and tax credit products. Prior to his current role, Lynn served as an Asset Manager in AURA's Tax Credit Asset Management group. Prior to joining Aegon, Lynn was a Vice President in the Treasury division of ProLogis, where he was responsible for establishing new lender relationships and restructuring/originating over $700 million of secured debt. Prior to ProLogis, he spent 12 years originating and underwriting over $1.2 billion of commercial mortgage loans at Principal Global Investors and Allstate Investments, LLC. Lynn is on the Real Estate Program Advisory Board for the University of Northern Iowa. Lynn received his BA in Finance from the University of Northern Iowa and his MBA from the University of Iowa.
Andy Crain joined Aegon in 2006. Andy is an Associate Director in the Community Investments group. In his role as Associate Director, Andy is responsible for assisting in investor development, relationship management and fund management in the tax credit syndication and debt fund platforms. Prior to his current role, Andy was the Investor Reporting Manager for AURA’s Community Investments group which included management of all aspects related to the reporting of portfolio performance information to internal and external clients. Prior to that role, Andy was a Senior Analyst in AURA's Tax Credit Asset Management group where he played an active role in managing a large tax credit equity portfolio. Prior to joining Aegon, Andy worked for a property management and real estate sales firm in Eastern Iowa. Andy received his BA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Northern Iowa and his MBA from the University of Iowa.
