Our investment strategy is to seek opportunities
matching the following criteria:
- Located in the United States
- Apartments, Retail, Office, and Industrial,
but will consider other property types such as
parking garages, self storage facilities,
manufactured housing, medical office, etc.
- $5 to $50 million in equity
- Preferred sizing of $15 to $20 million
equity
- No for-sale residential
- No hotel, assisted living, restaurant or
heavy business component types
- Value-add opportunities at unleveraged minimum
net IRR of 10%
- Core and Core Plus investments at
unleveraged minimum net IRR of 9.0%
