acquisition, joint-ventures, and co-investments with
local operating partners. We are seeking a mixture
of Core Plus and higher yielding Value Add properties as
well as new construction and re-development
projects.
The Real Estate Acquisitions group has the capital,
skill, and corporate desire to acquire real estate
with the potential to deliver strong investment
returns through aggressive management, leasing,
financing, and capital expenditure initiatives. We
have a thorough understanding of today’s unique
investment market and continue to build on our
success in expanding our real estate portfolio
through new acquisitions.
