Our asset management responsibilities call for an active role

directing of third party property management and leasing
personnel: development of operating budgets; prepare and
direct capital repair and replacement programs; design
tenant marketing packages for lease up, renewal or releasing
to upgrade the investment value; executing strategic asset
management plans; regular analysis of property performance;
benchmarking performance and analysis; as well as implementing
and supervising asset dispositions. These activities are
supplemented by internal accounting and reporting, lease
analysis, proprietary market research, ad valorem tax review;
as well as property and liability insurance review and placement
services. |
