Preliminary Submission: Telephone Assessment of Potential Loan Loan Package Submission Preliminary Loan Underwriting Loan Application : Loan Application/Commitment issued with a specified spread Borrower executes and returns Application/Commitment with required Documents, Good Faith Deposit and Inspection Fee Underwriting: Review of Documentation Outlined in Application/Commitment Site Inspection/Market Analysis Appraisal, Engineering, Environmental Due Diligence Initiated Final Underwriting Application/ Commitment Approval: Compilation of Information Legal Coordination Conference with Borrower and Counsel Preparation of Committee Package (including final appraised values) Investment Committee Presentation Committee Approval Commitment effective with Committee Approval Documentation/Closing: Receive Commitment Fee Approval of Environmental and Engineering Reports Execute Closing Documents Loan Funded - Refund of Good Faith Deposit and Fee
