Don Guarino, MAI, CRE, CCIM, FRICS
Don joined AURA in 1998. Don is the Vice President of Valuation and Research. Don is responsible for the management and oversight of the mortgage loan analysts, appraisers, and applied research group, who monitor AURA’s mortgage loan portfolio. Prior to his current role, Don served as a Director of Applied Research, providing timely reports for the AURA mortgage loan portfolio and monitoring material changes in the portfolios composition and allocation from a geographic and credit perspective. Prior to joining AURA, Don was a Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant for Bank of America in Los Angeles, CA and Houston, TX. Don received BS from the University of Houston, in Houston, TX.

Bryan Goddard, MAI
Bryan joined AURA in 2000. Bryan is Associate Director of Applied Research. Bryan is responsible for engaging and reviewing commercial/agricultural appraisal assignments, completing real estate valuations and consultations on properties within the mortgage loan portfolio, and examining the real estate component of potential bond investments. Prior to his current role, Bryan served as a Senior Review Appraiser. Prior to joining AURA, Bryan worked as a Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant. Bryan received his BA from Utah University and his MBA from Brigham Young University.
Will Pattison
Will joined AURA in 2005. Will is an Applied Research Analyst for Applied Research. Will is responsible for the facilitation and delivery of economic and real estate research publications, maintaining and updating the risk rating model, developing financial projections to prepare current mortgage and equity valuations, and initiating process refinements for the valuation and research group. Will received his BS from Iowa State University.
