AURA's Private Equity Group manages the Real Estate Alternatives Portfolio (REAP), which is a series of private equity funds that invest in real estate and natural resource assets through a combination of direct, joint venture and commingled fund vehicles. Since inception in 2002, the REAP program has committed more than $1.5 billion and deployed capital in every US state and several other countries.
