For over 25 years, AURA has overseen property operations of all of AEGON’s equity and investment properties across the country, along with foreclosed REOs and AURA-owned facilities. With over $1.5 billion in assets under management, from the renowned Transamerica Pyramid office building in San Francisco to a 40,000-square-foot retail center, AURA’s seasoned managers have proven themselves skilled in managing all property types on a national scale, including traditional commercial real estate and renewable energy assets.

The Asset Management group, which has been rated by Standard & Poor’s and Fitch, utilizes a time tested and proven team approach to management that leverages the expertise and experience of our dedicated in-house support staff. AURA’s asset managers provide clients with:

  • Meticulous attention to detail, resulting in maximization of investment returns through value creation
  • Hands-on management of properties, including:
    • Selection and direction of third party property management and leasing personnel
