The Real Estate Alternatives Portfolio (“REAP”)
program is a family of closed-end, private
equity-style funds focused on high-yield investing
in real estate and natural resources. The funds are
capitalized with equity of more than $2 billion, and
since formation in early 2002 these funds have
committed more than $1.5 billion of that equity to
direct investments, joint ventures and private
equity funds, generating an aggregate IRR well in excess
of their low double-digit target. |
